Antique Hungarian Teckno bowl

Hungary, early 1900’s

Hand crafted in the early 1900's, this beautiful very large hand carved Hungarian bowl, is just under a metre long. A primitive, carved bowl once used for mixing and needing dough, it now makes a wonderful decorative piece in the home. It displays a rich, characterful and raw patina that all add to their character and time worn charm. All our bowls have been lovingly restored in the New Forest, England by our master restorer with decades of experience behind him. It has also been treated with a traditional osmosis process to remove any unwanted remnants that may occur with antique wooden items. This is such a beautiful decorative piece to add to any interior, also wonderful for displaying special treasures.
